Initial consultations are 60 minutes – your physiotherapist will conduct a base diagnosis for your injury or discomfort and talk you through a treatment plan that fits your needs and lifestyle.

You do not need a referral to book an appointment with us. Physio Movement is a registered ACC provider. We will help you fill in the paperwork at the clinic.

Yes! There is plenty of free parking in front of the clinic and a parking lot located under the building.

Yes! We pride ourselves on being able to provide service to our entire community. We have disabled parks onsite and have an accessible elevator and clinic.

Your physio therapist will need to access the area of injury or discomfort. We recommend wearing loose fitting/comfortable clothes. If you have a lower body injury, please wear shorts or loose pants. For neck or shoulder injuries, wearing a singlet is helpful.

Our physio therapists come from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Your personal comfort during this process is a priority. All our rooms have closed doors and we have towels/blankets on hand to ensure your privacy.
