with a strong background in physiotherapy and the exercise field and a deep understanding of diverse needs and abilities, Joseph is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. Through his career he has had the privilege of working with individuals from various backgrounds, including elderly, disabled and vulnerable populations. His empathetic nature allows him to connect with individuals on a personal level, as well as building trust and fostering a safe environment for them to express themselves.

Susan Mathew
Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy
Susan is a passionate physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people of all walks reach their fullest potential through movement. Susan is one of our full time physios who can help you figure out how to improve your mobility and manage your pain.
Susan is constantly committed to learning and improving her skills to serve her local community through exercise-based rehabiliation and manual therapy. Susan has previously enjoyed working with older adults, a rugby team and paediatric populations.
Her ultimate goal is to work with children. In her free time, Susan enjoys being outdoors, doing creative projects like quilting, and most importantly spending time with her loved ones.

Hasneeza Hassan
Doctor of Physiotherapy and Master of Science: Neuromuscular Physical Therapy
Hasneeza is a highly experienced physiotherapist who has been in the field for 5 years. Her interests include assisting clients with sports injuries, muscular issues, and neuro pathologies. She makes special plans to help each person, leads fun exercise classes and aims to make sure her clients feel supported.
When not at work, Hasneeza loves photography, baking, cooking, exploring nice places and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Senior Acupuncturist
Sean McIlvride
Sean graduated from the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been mastering his craft for the last 20 years. He is a registered Acupuncture NZ member.
His areas of interest are Musculoskeletal conditions and posture, digestive and food related conditions, neurological and women’s health.
Methods of treatment he uses include Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal medicine Tuina (Chinese massage), Qigong, Dietary therapy, Japanese therapeutic techniques Seiho Sotai and Soseitai. He also holds a Level 2 Soseitai Trainers certificate certified by the College of Soseitai Trainers, Osaka, Japan.
Sean speaks English and Japanese.

Ramira Naidu
Ramira is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist that brings with her a wealth of knowledge from years of working in the industry. Ramira focuses on musculoskeletal injuries, using a range of techniques from; mobilisation and manipulation, gym based rehabilitation sessions and dry needling. She has a drive for knowledge and prides herself on being able to offer the highest standard of care for her patients.
Ramira has a love for her community and work. She grew up in east Auckland and is looking forward to giving back to her community. Ramira’s most rewarding part of being a physiotherapist is experiencing the joy and happiness of her clients, as they achieve their physical and mental goals and return back to the things they love doing the most.
Practice Manager
Megan Grayson
Megan joins the team with a background in Sports Development. For the last 10 years Megan has worked for various National and Regional Sporting organisations. She brings with her a depth of knowledge across the sporting sector and sport development.
Megan also shares a love for the community and culture within clubs and teams. “Physiotherapy education is vital injury prevention to help you get back on track and perform at your best when an injury does happen. Our team is here to help!”
Administration
Sarah Smart
Sarah is the friendly face of the clinic, ready to help with a smile (and maybe some English humour thrown in). She moved to New Zealand in 2006 and has predominately lived in East Auckland.
Sarah has also spent 2 years living down in Rotorua where she worked at a veterinary clinic. She enjoys Yoga and Pilates when she's not cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
